Graham Hill’s Apartment: 420 Sqft Turned into 10 Rooms

By  |

Expandable walls? Secret storage compartments? Multi-purpose furniture? Yes, it’s all absolutely necessary!

This is how Graham Hill – the founder of LifeEdited turned his 420 square foot Soho apartment into one that has the functionality of a 1,100 square foot space with 10 rooms.

Here’s what the space can be used for:

  • dinner parties for 12
  • accommodations for 2 overnight guests
  • a home office
  • and a home theater with digital projector

Not bad for 420sq ft.

As this becomes more common, people will be able to get more from the space they inhabit; accommodating their social lifestyles by maximizing the utility of the space, and not by increasing the monthly rent costs.
